A native Texan, Dr. Megan Ross earned her undergraduate degree from LeTourneau University in Longview and a Master of Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health in Austin. She graduated with honors from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in College Station. In 2020, Dr. Ross completed an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency with the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora. Most recently, she finished a Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship with the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Double board-certified in OB/GYN and gynecologic oncology, Dr. Ross’s clinical interests include endometrial, ovarian, cervical, vulvar and vaginal cancers, gestational trophoblastic disease, complex gynecologic surgery, and minimally invasive surgery (traditional and robotic laparoscopy). She is passionate about engaging her patients in their healthcare through open communication, information sharing, and asking questions about their priorities. “I try to thoroughly outline the diagnosis and the management plan so that patients and their families can ask questions and feel prepared in what can be a time of high anxiety and uncertainty.” When not seeing patients, Dr. Ross enjoys cooking, cycling, hiking, gardening, reading, and playing with her dogs.
